PH / Alkalinity Question

My alkalinity is running 7.2 dKH and my pH is at 8.1

I have been using soda ash to raise my alkalinity. I would like to raise it more using soda ash, but I'm concerned about raising my pH to high.

Will soda ash or baking soda raise the pH above 8.1/8.2?

Soda ash = sodium carbonate = Na2CO3 -> will raise your pH rather much and rather in more or less liniare pattern
Baking soda = bicarbonate = NaHCO3 -> will more or less stabilizes your pH around 8 - 8.1 in saltwater IME

84 % NaHCO3 and 16 % Na2CO3 says stabilize around 8,3

You have a ways to go on PH anyway. I’ve run as high as 8.4 with short peaks at 8.45. A 0.3 raise in PH will more than enough fit to bring you up to 8.5dkh off the top of my head.
