PH and Temperature fluctuations

Hello reefers. Since I got my apex, I found out that my PH and Temperature doesn't stay constant as seen here. I just want to know if this is too much. Tank is in a close space and is a 40G AIO Tank. All fish and corals seems "good"

Your pH is a little on the low side and as far as the temp, the big spike was likely caused by someone adding top off water or messing with the probe itself. Can you tell more about your complete setup and if you run a skimmer.

I run a Tunze 9004 skimmer as well. But I doubt it's working properly. This PH issue is from the beginning and I'm not able to raise it to 8 even. Every water change it raise to 8 and than slowly drops. Rest of parameter except nitrate and PO4 is "zero"

Well, tell more about your entire setup.
Water parameters, tank placement (is it in a basement) what salt mix, etc.....

Here is the water parameter from the last test I did. I use Instant Ocean Salt and do water change every week. Tank is placed in my TV room with no windows.
