Iam trying to maintain 6.8 ph for my calcium reactor. The probe name is pH2, should I use the advanced or ph control for this outlet. Need language for Apex.

Personally I would use the Advanced and something like this:

Fallback OFF
If pH2 > 6.85 Then ON
If pH2 < 6.80 Then OFF

Are you putting the programming on the output configuration? Which apex do you have. Legacy or Apex?

Also make sure use recommended values in probe config is unchecked

I have Apex, I fixed the issue. The ORP wasn't enabled. When you add a second probe, do you list it under the ORP? I thought if you calibrate the probe under ORP, it will give you a ORP reading not a ph reading?

You just set it up as a second PH probe. This is what I use:

FALLBACK OFF
Set OFF
If pH2 > 6.7 Then ON
Defer 005:00 Then ON

To prevent rapid cycling of the solenoid around the set point.

I am too getting ready to buy a Calcium reactor and have a new Apex system ( temp and ph prob). I was wondering what is a good set up to go with thank you in advance
