Ive noticed with the warmer weather with the chiller operating more my ph is at 7.8 to 7.95 rather the normal 8.2 to 8.3. Is there any way to raise ph? Thanks

It is terribly hot and muggy here in jersey. So other than fresh air or kit for my reef octopus skimmer is there any dosing measures I can take to raise the pH? It's currently holding between 7.90 and 7.95. Will the ph being this low effect corals ? @Randy Holmes-Farley @twilliard

If CO2 is in fact the culprit, you could use a reactor filled with medical grade CO2 absorber (sold at Bulk Reef Supply) to filter the CO2 out of air entering your skimmer.

PH in that range is typically of no concern

or just add some macro algae or an algae turf scrubber- to consume the co2 and raise ph so the tank becomes a net consumer of co2 and producer of oxygen each 24 hour period.
