Th pH in my QT is 7.5 verified. How can I raise it? 10 gal, other parameters are fine... do I even need to worry?

You can add pH buffer like seachem 8.4. But I've had my tanks even lower than that before and I've been alright. But being a quarantine tank you want to get as close to the main tanks pH as possible so there's less stress on the fish or inhabitants. If your main displays is only higher than a little you should be fine. But if it's above 8 then I would add pH buffer.

Could just open a window let some fresh air in .. that will help a little

Add a air stone and pump

I have an air stone (2) that is way oversized for the tank. I am in a new condo that is airtight, so I'm sure if co2 is the problem. Such a pain. I opened windows and doors with no change though after a few hours. I won't be able to do that soon, I'm in SWFL and it gets too hot. Can't run an outside line.

I can't really open windows either without the wife screaming at me it's too cold .. it's been -5 last week or so
