ph is low

my tank is 7 weeks old now and i have pa problem getting my ph up to 8.4 i have been treating my 55 gallon tank with 8.4 for 60 gallon tank for several weeks. please help i measured it a 7.8 just now so please help me the light cycle is 12 hours i have 2 bulb t5 output one blue one 10,000 every other measurement is 0. My corals seem happy and everything seems good what could be causing this and how do i fix it?

What have you been treating your tank with for the pH. Your pH is ok but chasing pH can cause problems especially if using anything called buffer.

I gave up on ph long ago. Lol I have a few SPS and the rest Lps and they don't seem to mind it being 7.8-8.0. Everyone says to just worry about alk and that's what I do.
