Ph issue redsea recipe

I am struggling with ph rising above 8.0. My tank is sps dominant and everything has been thriving for years. However my ph stays between 7.8-8.0. I can never get it about 8.0. I dose only Red Sea supplements with the reef dose.

do you think introducing kalkwasser slowly will boost my ph? I can always dial back on how much alk and calcium I’m dosing once I see how much 1 teaspoon of kale will do to the parameter’s

I was in the same boat 3 months ago. What helped me was a CO2 scrubber connected to my skimmer. I also dose Kalk. My PH is now in the 8.1 - 8.3 range. I use BRS soda ash for Alk as well.

I’m using the scrubber and it only moves the needle like .2… I think I’m gonna try a small dose of kalk. I made a refugium and no movement on PH. All parameters are awesome minus the ph. Not trying to chase it just want it 8 or above
