Hi all. I had a viewer write in and ask me about the ideal PH range and how he could go about raising it... my video turned into. Bit of a brain dump but there should be lots of useful for understanding what Ph is and a number of suggestions of how you can raise it up. Enjoy

Just a couple of technical corrections:
0:31 pH is a measure of hydrogen ions (H+) and hydroxide ions (OH-)
1:54 more aeration can raise OR lower pH, depending on whether the tank is deficient in CO2 or has an excess, relative to the air being used

0:31 - I missed the N on hydrogen.. Lesson learned.. no more late night video shoots. Ill see if i can find a way to edit it on there.
As for 1:54 - Thats a very good point that i did not consider. Thank you for pointing that out and ill add notes on it to the description.!

Check the spoken words too. They weren't quite right. There are no hydroxyl ions involved, for example.
