Ph raising

Hi there,,,my ph is raising it was 7.8 in the morning and 7.9 at night..now about two weeks later my ph is 8.0 in the morning and 8.1 at night is this a good thing that ph is raising naturally or is something wrong

Must have done something differently. But yea, its a good thing that its coming inline by itself.

It will move during the night and day because of the lights. PH of any type of solution in this case saltwater, will go down as it get warmer and raise as it gets cooler. Your lights are brighter during the day then at night so it is heating the water. If you want to see it happen leave your lights off for a couple of days and check the ph. It should be pretty close. Or leave the lights on for a few days and it will do the same thing, should stay about the same.
