PH upper

Can you tell us what you want to accomplish?

FWIW, normal baking soda will initially depress pH slightly in seawater until it blows off the excess CO2 (if it does).

Washing soda (baked baking soda) will raise pH.

Both are alkalinity supplements, and, as noted, should only be added if you need alkalinity.

Hmm well I have a dkh of 10 and pH is 7.8. Magnesium is 1480 and calcium is 520. I am looking to use a product that only raises the PH. I intend to shortly perform 5 percent water changes to lower the magnesium and calcium levels to the range of Mag at 1350 and cal at 450 '' however the PH from the Ro/Di is quite low at 7.0. All the products I have say they up the PH but they also up the dkh. I would like to bring the dhk to 9

There is no such product.

No added product can raise pH and not alkalinity. It is chemically impossible.

A pH of 7.8 is OK if it doesn't get lower. The way to raise it is to reduce the CO2 level in the water, and that can be done many ways, such as bringing more fresh air to the room air, fresh air to a skimmer inlet, a CO2 scrubber on a skimmer inlet, increasing photosynthesis, such as growing macroalgae, and, when you need alkalinity, using the higher pH alkalinity additive, which is limewater (kalkwasser).

Okay thanks for the advise and the links. I will run an air line from the skimmer to a window. The tank is under a window so that should be simple to do.
