Ph water experiment

Has anyone ever tried drip dosing or topping of with ph water from the store? Results or thoughts? I just got my alk to a decent level at 9.. my ph is 7.9.. im trying to keep a higher ph without exploding my alk like the buffer product do...thanks

This product will increase your alkalinity. The second ingredient is potassium hydroxide. Hydroxides of all kinds have powerful pH boosting effects, but they also raise alkalinity.

There's no liquid solution you can dose that will raise pH without raising alkalinity.

This is so dilute that I think it won't meaningfully move pH or alk.

FYI, there is no additive that can boost pH and not alkalinity.
