Sure thing - just keep in mind all of these different medicines can be hard on the fish as some are very strong, and so I would do as few at the same time as possible. I would probably eliminate the salt - the evidence for it helping with much beyond minor healing is pretty thin. If I were to do anything, I would treat with Metroplex only for now as some believe Hexamita is the cause in freshwater. Follow the directions on the box, and before you treat, do a large water change. Right now you want to keep nitrates as low as possible to minimize his stress. If you have a hospital tank, that's preferable so that it doesn't mess up the biological filter. If not, keep his aquarium aerated, continue to monitor nitrates and ammonia, and feed a mix of high quality foods while continuing to change the water whenever nitrates get above 10ppm. Nitrates aren't necessarily a death sentence in freshwater, but the less pollution in the tank while you treat, the better.
