Not sure if it would be "easier" but I initially thought a holographic diffuser plate.

One can easily "print" light shaping patterns..and in specific spots..

Doing more digging it looks like that's fresh as of December 18. Tank has 8 lights, ~570 gallons, not sure of dimensions:

Tank seems to be about 8? months old. It was previously lit by v1 coralcare fixtures

One of the best diffused LED's panels I've ever seen. Almost looks t5 in that video, none of the massive refraction/reflections I see in alot of other LEDs. Only other LED i've seen come close to this is the Orphek. So if the price/wattage/spectrum is right, I'd be very interested in this as well.

Having another competitor with a quality product in this space never hurts either. Look forward to their successful release.

ATI has one coming out soon................I don't know the time table but I'm more inclined to wait on this one to compare the two.
