Phlizon 165 watt lighting

I just bought a 40 gallon tank to upgrade my 13.5. I found a good deal on lights... phlizon 165 watt. They are almost the entire length of the 40 gal. I'm wondering though if it will be too much for a 40 gallon. I bought 3 of these thinking they were smaller ones. Please advise.

One fixture will work, If you go all SPS DOM i would run two.
