im in the market for the phosban for my 40B. i have never had one so i did some research on it and here's my questions: it's in my understanding that it comes with a ball valve where you can adjust for flow. does anyone have experience with the Hydor Seltz L30 pump? the reason why i like it is because it also has a adjustable knob where i can adjust for the flow. what's your recommendation? i do not have a sump so this reactor will have be hung on the back right next to my Reef octopus BH1000 skimmer.

also, i'm somewhat noob to the hobby and never had a sump. there's a phrase i don't quite understand when it comes to pumps: "head-pressure". can someone explain me that and how i can select a pump that will adjust for the head pressure? since the phosban reactor will be hung on the tank, i'm assuming there's no head pressure. is that correct?
