Phosban carbon reactor

I am using a Phosban reactor for carbon. How much flow should I be putting through the carbon? Likewise, how much flow should I be putting through the GFO? How many gallons per hour?

Medium flow through carbon is fine. It should not tumble about in the reactor.
On the other hand, GFO needs to be fluidized to keep it from clumping..
