Phosophates and nitrates.

Hello everyone. I have a question on phosophates and nitrates. My phosophates are at 0.16 ppm I'll be starting my reactor later. I usually take them down to 0.04 ppm. Is this good?

Now my nitrates I wish I could get higher. Nitrates are below 0.04ppm. Any suggestions?

I like to hear other opinions and theory's behind phosophates and nitrates. All testing was done with Red Sea test kits

No. The only algae I had was hair algae on one rock because of how close it was to the lights. Recently borrowed a Sea hare it took care of it.

Then I wouldn't worry too much about the levels. If you plan to get a GFO reactor in the future, that should take care of potential issues in the future.

I have a gfo reactor and I run it when levels get 0.16 or higher. Like last night I put it on and I know Tank really well that when I get home the level of phosophates in my tank will be 0.04 so I'll **** the reactor off
