Run some chemipure elite. Will help bring phosphate down and balance things out.

I have seen others that have reported having issues with low nitrates dose nitrates into their tank to reach the values they are looking for. Might be something worth investigating further.

Dose nitrate. A good option is neonitro but it is expensive. The best solution is buying sodium nitrate and preparing it yourself.

May I ask the size of you system and how many fish that are in the system?
