Phosphate and Nitrate Readings

My tank is 3 months old. I did a water change 3 weeks ago. I took reading today and my phosphate was 0.07 ppm and my nitrate was 23.9 ppm. I just got over red slime and algae out break and the tank is looking good. I was going to do a water change but am scared that it will bring back the uglies. Suggestions please.

I see no problem with doing a 20% to 25% water change after 3 weeks. You should be fine.

My fish look well. (2 clowns, 5 blue green chromis and sleeper goby. The tank is 150 gallons. My zoas are growing Duncan and flower pot look fine

I would get more fish. And do another WC.
