Phosphate drop.... how fast how much?

Been battling phosphate have added refugium and rowa woth mesh bag... Tuesday tranferes the rowa to a reactor and was .113 then with in 24 hrs dropped to .04... i I’ve since taken the reactor off line but I have heard a fast drop can be bad... What is too fast of a drop?? I haven’t seen no bad adverse effects but some lps not being too happy.... I have a sps dominant tank

Rowa is very effective in a reactor. It dropped my po4 very quickly. I actually went too low and killer off my chaeto but that was the only issue I had. My tank is all LPS though.
