Phosphate dropped from .06 to .01

Should i be concerned? Should I feed more?

I turned of refugium light for the night.

Newer tank:

165 gal
Set up 3/2020
Feed 1 frozen cube mysis alge blend (1/2 morning 1/2 night) Not drained....
Run over-sized skimmer
no socks or floss
Small but rapid growth refugium w/ kessill 380

4 juvenile clowns
5 anthias
5 damsels
1 juvenile purple tang (I know it should have been last...)
Blenny
Royal Gremma
15-20 CUC snails and hermits
10 or so euphillia corals

Salinity 34.5
Alk 9.5
Calcium 438
Mag 1350
Nitrate 10
Phoshate 0.01 (w hannah ULR)

No recent water changes

Any advice?

PS just went through a diatom bloom and mostly gone. Did not dose just added a couple snails.

You might just be seeing the range of error of the Hanna checker. Based in the manufacturer's accuracy numbers, a reading of .038 ppm on the Hanna 774 ULR checker could mean an actual value anywhere from 0.016 ppm to 0.06 ppm.

Well.. I feed a cube of frozen mysis/algae each day and every other day have some red nori for a 70 gallon tank. I think you might need to increase feeding.

On a tank that new, it's hard to say whether it's the accuracy of the test, whether that phosphate is going into the cheato, or whether you're having a proliferation of algae on the rock following your diatom bloom. You could increase your feeding or decrease your refugium's photoperiod and see if that helps dial it in.

17 fish and 1 cube a day?
My 120 has 11 fish. I feed 2 cubes at a time 3-4 times a day.
My tank runs po4 .02-.06 and no3 1-2.

Dont go overboard. Start at 1 cube 2-3 times a day until your system can handle it.
I feed a little at a time and very little is wasted as all fish will get well fed.
I have 6 blue green chromis and they are getting big!
1 clown
1 pajama cardinal
1 algae blenny
1 tomini tang
1 convict tang
Get some larry's "lrs reef frenzy" your fish will love it.
