Phosphate-e question

I have been using the Phosphate- e product since Saturday as directed on the container. My phosphates are still reading over 10 in an API test kit. I did a 15 gallon water change today and still tests are over 10. Any ideas?

I would use a better test kit as I heard API is not very accurate. I would recommend Hanna Phosphate ULR. I personally have one and many others do too!
