Phosphate issue with Phosguard

Hi guys so i have been having a slight high reading of 0.14 with Phosphate and i was using a small amount of Phosguard..4 days later checked 0.14, so i took it out and added a large amount of Phosguard now 4 days later and after a 12.5% water change it reads 0.12… Why is it not going down? Everything is doing great but the HANNAH says its High. Any recommendations… oh it is a 100L tank with built on filtration.

That is very high and will rapidly deplete media.

Your rocks must be leeching phosphate , but by the looks of tank I don’t see anything wrong and .14 phosphate isn’t too high
