When my phosphate in my tank is at 0.05-0.08 my tank looks amazing my lps and sps have good colour and good polyp extensions .when my tank goes over these parameters I change my phosphate media. After I change it my phosphate levels go to 0.00 for a week or two my tank still looks good but not as good as the higher levels how can I keep my phosphate levels at an even level which my tank seems happy at.

Yes, yes, and more yes!
Consistency and stability are key.
Don’t chase Numbers.
This tank is running nitrate at 7ppm and phosphate at .15 to .25

The only way I have ever been able to stabilise my PO4 for any length of time is to not use a removal media. This creates peaks and troughs as the media is replaced and depleted. Some people have had success replacing a small portion of media at regular intervals but that is way too much fiddling for me.
