Phosphate levels out of wack

How do I lower phosphate levels? I have some sort of algae growing in my tank and I think it's because I have too high of phosphate. I tested for nitrates and I have very little. I use rodi water for everything.

You are going to have to give values and test methods to get help.

fuge or algae reactor is a great low cost, long term solution...with more benefits to the overall system then running chemical filter

Great way is to use Phosphate RX. Marc with Melev's Reef use it as well. very easy and works great. I will give you a link for it. give it a try and bet you love it as well. Just a few drops and your done.

How do I use GFO? In a reactor? I'm still new to the saltwater world lol.
I only have a Gold spot maroon clownfish and a bunch of snails and hermits. So feeding at the moment is pretty small.
Half of my live rock is actually live and the other half was dry rock before I put it in the tank about 3-4 months ago .I had it curing for 3-4 weeks before that in a brute tote . Could it be possible that all the phosphates haven't all been removed from the curing process?
