I'm having trouble locating the info, but is the other item OK for use?

Fertilizer grade isn't generally a good recommendation, but 99.8% statement means it is likely OK. :)

For the life of me I cannot imagine why they have that deuterated info. There are probably six people in the world who care about such a thing, and none of them would buy fertilizer grade to do nonlinear optics. lol

Then I will scrap the potassium phosphate (fertilizer grade) and only keep the potassium nitrate as its the 99.8% pure. Any recommendations on where to purchase high quality potassium phosphate?
