+1, it's relative to your system. Test, add the media, test again and do the math; best way to add enough without stripping away too much.

Everything is going well so far.
Four days ago, phosphate minus and life biofil started.
Phosphate was 0.049 when four days ago I used 75 grams of phospate minus and 24 hours later it was 0.012. Now 4 days later it is 0.046. What should I do? No3 is 0.75

The PO4 may have exhausted your media depending on how much PO4 is built up in your system. You can change the media, but be very careful, it doesn't take much to strip your system which is not ideal.
