.75ppm Hanna checker check twice .73 and .75 started running gfo plus 1 cup for 140g system. How long will it take to get down? Corals and fish are all fine.

Shouldn't take too long to see a noticeable difference if you just added GFO.
 
Your tank looks great. I wouldn't worry about phosphates unless your animals are not showing optimal growth or behavior.
 
Nitrates are 5 to 10ppm I noticed I started getting dinos for a while got them killed and now just want to get into more sps. I'm only running 1 cup of gfo thru a 90gph reactor I should be running a cup and a half for my tank volume. Picture was last week with dinos present.

There may still be substantial dinos in the water, so be careful to not drive nutrients too low. That seems to spur their growth, possibly through a complex mechanism involving other organisms (such as algae) taking up trace elements that they need.
 
I hope by not doing water changes and keeping phosphates lower nitrates are at .10 they will stay away.
