Phosphate Pro

I have been using Red Sea Phosphate Pro and I am trying to find the exact or best reading. Please see attached photo as it tells you to use the wheel for readings, but the card says different.my reading on the wheel falls between .16 and. 36. On the card it says. 08.Please help

Yes, I know the reading is on the opposite end.
