I've been running Sea Gel in my phosphate reactor, but I have not seen an improvement on algae, which is why I was running Sea Gel (phosphate media, plus carbon).

What do you run in your Phosphate reactor? Any recommendations?

Thanks!

I see many using GFO nowadays, havn't tried it out personally but got a buddy trying it out now. I'm hoping he gets good results from it.

Definately try GFO I use it in my tank, and my phosphates have been at 0 ever since just make sure to change it out about every 3 weeks to a month.
