Phosphate Reactor Pump

Looking for fellow members input. I am looking to purchase a phosphate reactor , “two little fishies phosban reactor 150”. My question is on the maxi jet 1200 pump. After doing some research, it appears Marineland maxi jet 1200(outsourced to China) and is much louder than the original Cobalt MJ 1200. Anyone have either or these pumps? Which one is better quality, quieter. Thanks

I have used both of these pumps. They all have failed within 6 months. I would buy one of these instead
