I need to start running gfo or any simple phosphate remover. My question is I don't want to complicate things and add a reactor I have enough gadgets to deal with I own a red sea 425xl with v3 sump which is a 4 sock holder can anyone recommend a brand of phosphate remover and if it could simply go in my sock holder? The simple the better please thank you

Any brand would do that, but it won't be nearly as effective as tumbling in a reactor. Though if you have active flow over it, it would be better than just sitting in a mesh bag in the sump.

I was thinking sock holder cause water runs through it??

If I add a reactor which one is a a good reccomended one?

Which reactor do you guys recommend? A complete one

How high is it? Lan Chloride works great with socks trapping the floculant that it makes when it binds to phosphate, but only really works with high levels like above .10 and will not do a great job below this.

For lower levels, you will need GFO and a reactor.

I added seachem phosguard to reduce it says one for 60 gallons my total volume water is 118 I added one I plan to put another in a few days or should I put both?
