Phosphate RX flakes in a new bottle.

Just bought a new bottle from my LFS. Shaking it up, I noticed it has flakes of white in it.

Normal?

The LFS has been out of it for a few weeks and restocked. So I can't imagine it's old. Shaking the bottle breaks it up but it doesn't really seem to disolve.

I have used the produce in the past and don't remember flakes in the bottle.
