Phosphate RX

Hello there I just got some phosphate rx a couple days ago and dosed only twice so far first my po4 was at .07ppm before I dosed phosphate rx. I checked again today after dosing phosphate rx and it was at .12 ppm. Checked on the hanna checker ULR. Idk what's going on I thought it would go down instead of up. I do have a protein skimmer running and also using filter floss

I would test it again and at .07 I wouldn’t recommend you use that. I would just run gfo to lower it

I dropped mine from around .50 to two days ago .18 in two weeks using only 25 - 40% dose.

my goal is to lower it to .10 and I will stop using the RX

Ya this is the calculator I use it was 2 drops

But shouldn't phosphate rx make it go down though and not up

Wonder what's causing it to go up and not down
