What are some things you do that keep your phosphates at a stable level and not jumping all over the place?

Ps don’t want to use gfo.
Nopox seems to jump level around even if keeping with same schedule of dosing

I control mine with how much flake food I feed. If I see phosphates declining I feed more and vice versa.

I let more corals/bacteria consume phosphates. I never use GFO. If P04 drops, I feed a little bit more.

I think its all about controlling the food.
My rabbitfish has to have his nori, so highish phosphates drives lanthum Chloride (phosphat-e) every 8 weeks or so.
Gfo does strip other stuff and lowers alk.
