Which phosphate test is everyone using? I've read the Hanna Phosphate Photometers are really good. Anyone have any experience with these?

i use the salifert one but dont know if its any good.....i've never seen any phosphates results in my tank.

a friend has the hanna one, always reads zero on that one too..lol

I have a Hanna and love it. Very nice piece of equipment and wonderful for the SPS enthousiast

does hanna have other tests?

i have a photometer in my lab, that we use for wastewater anaylis.

seems you could use it for any type of testing, just add package of reagent, and wait for a color change. then stick on the photometer to see your %transmittence which corresponds to a certain ppm value.

i had the hanna, sold it

i didnt like it much

i use the D&D kit and my hanna would measure the same
