Phosphate to low?

Sup guys my new tank has been up about a month...my phosphate always sit at 0.03 have not moved...tested with hanna checker ulr..I am assuming my phosphate are around 0.01 is that to low for a mixed reef?.... nitrates are around 15 or so
 
ideally, you would want them there. however, if you have GHA it's also using it.

if your corals look happy don’t worry about it :-)) i run an ultra low nutrient system and haven’t run into issues with keeping low phosphates and nitrates. reef roids will raise your phosphates if you want them higher. phyto is a good alternative if you want to keep lower nutrient levels
 
I ran uln for a year my corals grew but very slow . I bumped up my phosphates to .1 nitrates around 8 . And I can almost see them grow . My birds nest started new branches and in a month they have grown 1/2 inch.
