Need a bit of advice ... I've been doing neophos for a while now and can't seem to keep the phos levels stable my nitrate is holding fine at 3.8 bit phos keeps hitting 0 even with dosing 15ml a day . Tank size is a 96 corner with a 20g sump good amount of softies and LPS and a handful of sps and 5 fish I feed daily . Do I just need to keep upping my daily dosing ?

Yes, just need to add more. Maybe try doubling your dose each day until you get a measurable phosphate the following day. Then you can calculate how much the tank consumes each day to dial in the dose. I always recommend neophos out of convenience, but it is known to be a fairly weak solution for higher demand tanks. Food grade sodium phosphate can be used to make your own stronger solution if you are up for the DIY.

Agreed, keeping adding more (.02 ppm daily) until you’re getting a reading. Test 24 hrs later at same time each day. If zero, add the .02 ppm, test again next day.

How old is the tank ?

In newer tanks (may or may not apply to you) phosphate is absorbed by the rock and sand and it can take time before you have levels that stabilize in water test results
