Using Hanna, 130 gallons about 40 corals, several large about 100 pounds of rock, 3 years old. Have hair algae, but it's getting better.

My phosphate ULR is .70

GFO?
Carbon?
?
How much of what should I put in a reactor? Ideas? TYVMIA

Carbon wont reduce phosphate.

Use GFO and follow directions on the container. Keep testing and dont forget to take the reactor offline or reduce the GFO amount so your phosphate doesnt bottom out...

Go low and slow!!!!
Keep an eye on your nitrate too!

What are nitrate levels? Is there filtration - skimmer, etc?

It is going to take you many gallon of GFO to get that po4 level down to... say .10. Use small amounts like an 1/8 of a cup, change it daily or every other day. It will come down, but it takes time. The rock and sand likely have a massive amount of po4 bound that will unbind as you lower the tank water level. Generic stuff is the same that is branded for reefing - high capavity is all the same and so is regular, IME. You don't have to spend more on Rowa or something from a fish company.

OK, so here are some levels using Hanna - I am out of Calcium reagent so I can't give that number:
ALK - 8.0
Mag - 1780
Nitrate 1.86 (using ULR)
Ammonia 0.05

Tank was relocated about 5 days ago. Has had about 75% water change over the last 5 days.

I have a 250 G bag of the 4x absorbent GFO. So I put 112.5 G in a reactor and have it going. Total volume of my system is 132 gallons and it has a sump that is about 30 gallons.
