My phosphate is 0.25 with a Hana test kit is this too high? My alkalinity is super high, I was adding kh coralline gro but will not for a while, any suggestions should I get a reactor or is this an ok level?

0.2 for PO4 is high.
Try to maintain it below 0.1

Run some GFO or look into something like phosphate Rx

Yes and the tds is zero before I mix in the salt, I put in some chemi pure elite, just in a media cup I have in place of a sock filter. It might take a bit to bring it down since it isn't in a reactor.
