I feed my fish myself 1 or 2 times a day after I feed I measure a high phosphate. if I measure the next day befor feeding, the phosphate is less.
does measuring phosphate after feeding have that effect?

Yes, measurement after feeding will throw your numbers off. Food contains phosphate .

What are you using for testing? And what is your phos level at?

Yep. everyone thinks PO4 is this toxic substance that's unnatural.

There is PO4 in practically everything we humans eat.... especially if it's been processed by some food mfgr ........as PO4 is a great way to preserve food moisture and freshness.

go start reading food labels in your pantry and count how many foods have some sort of PO4 listed in the ingredients
