I have a IM aio 40 gallon.

So I have been testing my phosphate recently out of curiosity, and it has been .6 so i did a 10 gallon wc to lower it and when i tested the next day it was .6 still. My corals are all fine and have tons of pe and nothing is wrong but i can't get it down for the life of me.

I feed lrs twice a week and the fish get pellets every day. I have 2 clowns, a melanarus, diamond goby and a blenny. Nitrates are around 5-10.

I have a hob fuge and it grows like crazy, i half it bi-weekly and it grows thick and strong.

Thoughts?

Ah, that is the older model I believe. I can't speak on it's accuracy, but they have since come out with the Phosphorus ULR and phosphate ULR.

If you do not have an algae problem, do not get too worked up about the phosphate.

I'd slowly try to lower it, but some great tanks have higher phosphate than that, and too low may be worse than too high.

@Randy Holmes-Farley i have zero algae in the tank. Other than a couple strands here and there that get ate as soon as they pop up. So cool, i'll not worry about it.

Thank you!
