So Algae on rocks is slowing down but Hanna high .90 phosphates after measuring two times today. It may have something to do w earlier reef roid feeding. Wondering if this was my true reading all along?

Maldonado I run a scrubber 20 hours daily and skimmer the same. Can’t imagine this is correct

I sometimes get a result with my Hanna ULR phosphorous that can be 20X normal. I think it must be from a small piece of food or detritus in the water sample. I test daily and the next day is always “normal”.

That’s just how I trace measurements. Reeftrace app

I used Hanna to test phosphates

Measured today and still blinking .9

what do I do?

I would test a fresh batch of Saltwater and see what you get. If that is reading normal then you know something is off with your water. If it reads high too, then you know something is off with the Hanna tester. Mine gets funky sometimes.

Just tested again and got .1...whew

Yeah, I have been testing weekly and it seem impossible to jump from say .08 to .9 in a week even with less algae

tds in my rodi water
