Hi everyone.

I've teste my aquarium every other day, 3 times now and it says that its extremly high...
i'm testing with hannah phosphorus ULR, and then convert it to phosphate with hannah's own scheme, but here are my results:
day 1 = 86 which converts into 0.264 po4
day 2 = 68 which converts into 0.208 po4
day 3 again 86 which is 0.264

i've always been a bit high in both nitrates and phosphates, but my tank is looking great, corals are growing, fish are happy and my bta is getting bigger every day. The tank has been running for about 1.5 years now, and it has always been that high. im doing a water change of 15% every week with fresh 0tds RO/DI water, and thats what i've always been doing. i have two clowns who are living like kings and queens, and i feed them every other day.

But to me those results seem deadly? Does anybody have a resolution to this, why everything is fine and how to reduce it.

If everything looks great I wouldn’t mess with it there are numerous people that have huge success with high nutrient tanks. Judge it off what you see. Only thing I would watch out for is algae.

Here's a tank that was running at 1.77
