Phosphorus level help

Hey I’m just seeing what a good level is for my phosphorus? I have the Hannah Ulr. I was reading and they said to not exceed 30ppb is that true? Right now I have 4ppb. Now do I need to still check my phosphate know my phosphorus level? Many questions. Thanks.
