Phosphorus reading

So I have a Hanna HI736 Phosphorus checker and need to know what range I should be at for a mixed reef, my under standing is that I should be between 26-39ppb is that correct Im a little mathematically challanged with phosphate readings.

With phosphates, you're good anywhere from 1 (.003ppm) to at least 70 (.215ppm) in my experience (dont think my tank has gone beyond that but it may have). I didnt notice much of a (or any) difference in that range. I attached the conversion chart if you dont already have it.
