@Randy Holmes-Farley i was dosing lathanum to control phosphates, I stopped about 6-7 weeks a go for multiple reasons. I was still registering phosphates.
However since then they went to zero, and I cannot get them up. Periodically I’ll get a .1 or.3 max on Hanna meter.
I triple dosed neophos and tested an hour later, and after 3 individual Hanna tests and a Red Sea test still reading zero.
Can you give me advise here? I dose every single day with little effect.

Once down at zero, it can take a lot to raise it back. If you have confidence in the kit, add more.
