Photobucket is aptly named... a bucket

I've used Photobucket for years. It's easy, it's free, and it works... at least, it used to.

This site is now about 2% better than worthless. It's so schlocked up with ads, and banners, pop-ups, and more and more and more ads, that nothing works. I get two pop up ads on every screen, and a whole new window pop-up ad. The site takes 30 seconds to load to the home screen. You can elect to stay logged in, which is nice, but want to upload some photos? Gotta log in again. Then try to upload. If you're lucky, you only have to log in like 3 or 4 times before it takes you to the upload screen. Then, if you're lucky, you only have to try your upload like 3 or 4 times before it doesn't fail.

I'd give up if I hadn't accumulated so many photographs on their site over the years. Though it may be a lost cause. Any suggestions for other free photo hosting sites?

Flickr for sure... don't even bother with anything else. It is integrated into many apps, operating systems etc. So it makes it really easy to import photos directly from where you store your photos on your computer, phone and so on.... no need to even go to the Flickr site, aside from setting up albums initially. You can check out mine if you want to snoop around. This link is what Flickr calls Photostream. So it's simply all of the photos I upload in order from newest to oldest. Or you can click on albums to get more precise. As you can tell, I basically only use it for my reef tank and for my business.

imgur as well, at least for posting random things easily. For photos you want to keep or albums, flikr probably makes more sense.

You can get an account on imgur and have albums just as easy.
