Photon V1 Randomly shutting off

Yesterday all of a sudden, the light randomly shuts off. As soon as you hit the power button on the remote, the light comes right back off. The fans are running and the lights max out at 35%.
Is there a troubleshooting guide or is there a suggested replacement?

It sounds like an issue with your controller. Unfortunately many parts for these including the controllers are no longer available. We discontinued the V1s 3.5 years ago, and your light is likely 5-6 years old. We do offer a 10% discount on our New Photon V2+ for original owners who would like to upgrade.
