For the R2R Image Uploader the file has to be the following types: png, jpg, jpeg, jpe, gif. Google Photos are none of these types.

For the Media Uploader it says: "You may embed media from the following sites:" And Google Photos is not included. Is anyone else having these problems?

I am a bit confused as to how exactly you are trying to use Google Photo. They do not support 3rd party hosting, so there is no way for you to share an image from Google Photo on here without physically downloading it from Google and then uploading it to R2R.

The media uploader is not intended to work with photos - that's for embedding videos.

So what is the protocol to uploading from Photos? Surely someone here uses Photos that can help me? How are you supposed to do it?

I have been copying the image link and posting here in Image Uploader.

You will have to download the photos from Google to your device, and then upload those photos here either by using the "upload a file" button or the media tool (camera icon).

The link Google provides is simply a URL to take you to their site to view the photo.

Okay I can use GP here with my Android phone but not with my Windows laptop. With my laptop I downloaded from GP to my desktop then tried to upload to R2R and it didn't work.
